Description
MEYCO TCC 735 is a chloride free, multi role liquid admixture which enhances the quality of shotcrete in both the plastic and hardened state.
MEYCO TCC 735 is a component of the MEYCO TCC (Total Consistency Control) system.
The unique composition of TCC 735 ensures better hydration of the cement. As a result initial shrinkage is substantially reduced, bonding characteristics are enhanced, both density and compressive strength are increased.
SEM tests performed by LPM Zurich show that concrete which was treated with MEYCO TCC 735 has hydrated to a much larger extent than uncured or externally cured concrete.
Typical applications
MEYCO TCC 735 is suitable for all shotcrete applications where increased bond and low permeability are desirable properties of hardened concrete.

Compatibility
MEYCO TCC 735 is compatible for use with all types of cements, microsilica and pozzolanic materials.
The product should always be used in combination with pozzolith and/or rheobuild 3500 and/or RHEOBUILD 3000 series admixtures.
MEYCO TCC 735 should not be used in combination with superplasticisers or other admixtures containing sulphonated naphthalene, as this could cause instant loss of workability.

Application procedure
Mixing:
MEYCO TCC 735 must be mixed well before use, best achieved by rolling the drums. The product is ready to use and is dispensed together with the mixing water. For best effect MEYCO TCC 735 should be added to the mix with the last 20% of the mixing water.
MEYCO TCC 735 can be added through normal admixture dispensers.
Dosage:
MEYCO TCC 735 is dispensed at the standard rate of 5kg/m³. However, conditions may require a higher or lower dosage and this should be determined by trials.
Storage
MEYCO TCC 735, in tightly closed original containers, has a shelf life of at least 6 months. The storage temperature must not drop below +5°C, nor exceed +50°C.
Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging. For specific storage advice consult BASF's Technical Services Department.
