TF 100 S  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

  TF 100 S is a modified, 100% solids polyurea that can be applied at temperatures ranging from -5°C to 65°C. TF 100 S is a two component, self- leveling joint sealant with ZERO V.O.C’s that exhibits superior performance in a variety of harsh industrial environments. The product has fast cure times together with excellent adhesion to concrete.  TF 100 S has been specifically formulated for applications where a fast return to service is required. The product is also well suited for smoothing control joints or random cracks to accept polyurea, polyurethane and epoxy topcoats. It should also be noted that the USDA has confirmed polyurea to be suitable for incidental food contact.

  MAIN APPLICATIONS:

  TF 100 S has been formulated specifically for use in ambient temperature industrial concrete control joint use. The tough, but flexible nature of the material allows this sealant to perform even when exposed to industrial equipment, steel-wheeled carts and forklifts etc. Typical areas applications include:
